• Email Account Credentials: To connect your email inbox, you provide your email address and App Password. App Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption and stored securely.
• Email Data: We access your email inbox to display emails within the app. We do not store the content of your emails on our servers beyond temporary caching for performance.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including swipe actions (keep, archive, delete) for your action history feature.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Connect to your email inbox and display your emails
• Process your email organization actions (archive, delete, mark as important)
• Maintain your action history and provide undo functionality
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send you service-related communications

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information:

• Email credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption
• All data transmission is protected using TLS/SSL
• We do not store email content permanently on our servers
• Access to user data is strictly limited to authorized personnel

Data Retention

We retain your account information and action history for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

• Payment Processing: We use Apple's In-App Purchase system for subscription payments on iOS.
