Using Sorta Mail

Sorta Mail performs real mailbox actions at your request, including archive, delete or move to Trash, star, unsubscribe, sender suppression, sender cleanup, and email sending. You are responsible for connecting only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Email Actions And Cleanup

You should review destructive actions such as delete, auto-delete, and bulk sender cleanup carefully. Sorta Mail is designed to move deleted Gmail messages to Trash where supported, but recovery depends on your email provider's own Trash, retention, and deletion rules.

Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable)

Sorta Mail offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus, Pro, and Pro Annual) purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing, the length of each subscription period, and any introductory free-trial terms are shown on the in-app subscription screen in your local currency before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription automatically renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds according to your Apple ID settings and Apple's terms. Sorta Mail uses subscription status only to enforce plan limits (daily/sender cleanup/AI reply/connected-account limits).

Acceptable Use

You must not use Sorta Mail to access accounts without permission, send spam, abuse email providers, interfere with the service, reverse engineer private systems, or violate applicable law or provider terms.

Service Changes And Availability

Sorta Mail may be updated, interrupted, limited, or discontinued as we improve the service, respond to security issues, comply with provider requirements, or meet legal obligations. We work to keep account security, mailbox actions, subscriptions, and account deletion reliable.

Liability

Sorta Mail is provided with reasonable care, but email providers, networks, app stores, and third-party services may fail or change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sorta Mail and DAARC LTD are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, or provider-side changes outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where your local consumer law gives you mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
